How V-Trust Helps You Control the Quality of Footwear

V-Trust ensures consistent footwear product quality and regulatory compliance throughout the entire production process. Our full range of footwear inspection services, including Sample Checks, Production Monitoring, During Production Inspection, Pre-Shipment Inspection, and Container Loading Supervision, helps you minimize defects and enhance performance.

Sample Check

We assess footwear samples in our lab, evaluating construction, materials, and workmanship to help you confidently select reliable suppliers before mass production begins.

Production Monitoring

We provide continuous on-site production monitoring for footwear to ensure consistent build quality and early detection of issues such as glue stains, bonding problems, or shape deformities. This service supports manufacturers in maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production cycle.

During Production Inspection

This inspection is carried out when at least 10% of the footwear order is completed. It helps detect early-stage issues like mislabeling, inconsistent sizing, sole separation, or stitching flaws, minimizing the need for rework and preventing shipment delays.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

At the final stage of footwear production, we perform a detailed inspection to verify:

  • Overall product quality and adherence to safety and performance standards
  • Size accuracy, upper and outsole workmanship, and material consistency
  • Adhesion strength, symmetry, and comfort assessment
  • Packaging integrity, box labeling, and correct style/size assortment

Container Loading Supervision

We ensure your footwear products are properly packed, neatly stacked, and loaded into clean, secure containers. This prevents damage from moisture, deformation, or crushing during international transport, ensuring your goods arrive in excellent condition.

Footwear Product Quality Control: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How many days in advance should I book the inspection?

We recommend booking at least three days in advance, although in some manufacturing areas with a large team of inspectors, next-day inspections may be possible.

Do I need to send you an approved sample?

Approved samples are highly recommended for the inspection process, as they help our engineers understand the product specifications and focus on critical areas during the inspection.

How long does it take to get my report?

The official inspection report will be reviewed and signed by a technical manager, and made available within 24 hours after the inspection. A draft report is also available on the same day after the inspection.

What if I have questions after receiving the report?

Our services don’t end after the report is issued. Our team is available to clarify any aspects of the inspection report as needed.
