1. Common Defects in Glove Inspections
Appearance & Aesthetics
Holes or tears in glove material
Contaminants inside gloves
Sticky or overly powdered surfaces
Specifications & Workmanship
Incorrect glove size, thickness, or color
Poor molding or uneven glove shape
Inconsistent cuff finishing or beading
Labeling & Compliance
Mislabeling of product type, material composition, or sterility status
We inspect glove samples before mass production, visual and functional quality, and basic physical performance—helping you evaluate suppliers and avoid early-stage quality issues.
Production Monitoring
Our inspectors stay on-site to monitor daily production processes and identify issues such as incomplete curing, surface contaminants, or defective glove molds—ensuring stable quality and timely corrective actions.
During Production Inspection (DPI)
Conducted when at least 10% of production is complete, this inspection helps detect early problems like thin spots, pinholes, color inconsistencies, or improper beading—allowing time for necessary adjustments before full production is finished.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
A comprehensive quality check performed when production is 80–100% completed and packed. Key aspects inspected include:
Physical integrity (holes, tears, stickiness)
Material consistency and stretchability
Sizing and thickness compliance
Product cleanliness and absence of foreign matter
Packaging condition and labeling accuracy
Regulatory marking (e.g., CE, EN455, lot number)
Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
We supervise the container loading to ensure the correct products are shipped in proper condition—with clean packaging, correct quantities, no mixing of batches, and safe stacking to prevent damage during transit.

Medical Gloves Product Quality Control: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How many days in advance should I book the inspection?
Though sometimes it's possible to book next-day inspections for many manufacturing clusters where V-Trust has a large team of full-time inspectors, we recommend booking with us at least three days in advance. Early booking is important for appropriate scheduling and good preparation before the inspection.
Do I need to send you an approved sample?
It would be great if you can send the approved sample to V-Trust before the inspection for reference. Compared with product photos or specification documents, real product samples allow V-Trust engineers to do a more thorough comparison check.
How long does it take to get my report?
The official report, reviewed and signed by an authorized V-Trust technical manager, will be available within 24 hours after each inspection. Same day report is available if you would like to know about the inspection findings on the same day. V-Trust has the highest same day report rate in the inspection industry. In this way, you can start to communicate at the earliest with the factory for correction if necessary.
What if I have questions after receiving the report?
Please don’t hesitate to contact us whenever you have any questions. Our team is always available even after the inspection is completed.
