Process 1. Aluminum Fabrication
Key Processes:
Extrusion: Heat aluminum billets and extrude them through dies to form profiles of various cross-sectional shapes (e.g., door and window profiles, industrial profiles).
Rolling: Roll aluminum slabs through rolling mills to produce sheets, strips, or foils.
Forging: Deforming aluminum materials through pressure to form forgings with high strength and dense structure.

Why do I need product inspections for aluminum?

Do I need to send you an approved sample for aluminum?

How many days in advance should I book the inspection?
Though sometimes it's possible to book next-day inspections for many manufacturing clusters where V-Trust has a large team of full-time inspectors, we recommend booking with us at least three days in advance. Early booking is important for appropriate scheduling and good preparation before the inspection.
Who will I be in contact with throughout the whole process?

How long does it take to know the inspection result?
